HEPA/ULPA filters suitable for microelec-tronics, biotechnology, harmaceutical, food & beverage processing and other industries that require airborne contamination controlled environment.
HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter is the core filtration component of clean ventilation and air purification systems. Classified into H10-H14 efficiency grades per the EN 1822 international standard, mainstream H13 and H14 models achieve 99.97% and 99.995% filtration efficiency respectively for 0.3μm most penetrating particle size (MPPS).
HEPA filters are widely used in pharmaceutical cleanrooms, electronic semiconductor dust-free workshops, hospital operating rooms, biosafety laboratories, HVAC systems, aseptic food & beverage production, mushroom cultivation, commercial & residential air purifiers, and data center rooms where air cleanliness is strictly required.
